This was the second wedding day that Rosanne Farano and Robert Romanino had spent together as the couple initially met at the wedding of mutual friends when Rosanne was the maid of honour and Robert was a guest! Since Rosanne works within the wedding industry as an award-winning floral designer and event planner, her very own wedding day was destined to be beautiful. The entire palette was based on yellow and ivory with pearl, diamond and peacock feather details. Rosanne’s Lazaro gown from Dina Alonzi Bridal Boutique was handbeaded and embroidered with Swarovski crystals. Her turquoise satin heels peeked out from underneath and were the perfect ‘something blue.’ The entire wedding took place at the West River Event Center in Woodbridge, Ontario.

Rosanne was both the bride and her very own florist for her wedding. Her company Dizennio Floral Boutique provided all of the floral and decor for the event. “I provided, designed and prepared my own flowers for my wedding day…quite the challenge!” she recalls.
Small Impressions created whimsical programs which doubled as fans on the warm sunny day.
breathtakingly beautiful
The reception decor was breathtaking. The entire perimeter was covered in ivory voile fabric with ivory and pale yellow dupioni silk table coverings and gold Chiavari chairs. “The flowers and decor were the most extravagant and luxurious of all the details. I really wanted to be able to do my best work, and I was very pleased with the flowers and decor. However, all of the other details complimented the flowers and it all came together beautifully.” Indeed, it did. The couple honeymooned in Bora Bora at the Sofitel Resort.
